Hi, my name is Ariel.
Originally from Banff, Alberta,Canada, Branden Ariel is a queer, multidisciplinary artist and writer with a B.A. in art history and religions of southeast Asia from Concordia University. He is passionate about tarot and Vedic astrology as well as tattooing and homeopathic medicine.
He is most at home in nature, a true thalassophile. He has finally found his powerful voice, (hence the name Ariel.) Being a life path five, he revels in being “smack-dab” in the middle of things, combining his many skills and interests into his own signature melody of heart-led offerings. He currently splits his time between Montreal, Canada and Western Mexico.

My book
Who doesn’t love a good comeback story? Widowmaker has been a beautifully cathartic journey- In these eleven chapters and 243 pages, I take the reader on a gripping journey. From the brutal military coup of Augusto Pinochet in 1973 Chile, to finding my full identity expression as a queer, neurodivergent artist, to not only surviving, but thriving after a deeply trauma bonded relationship wrought with addiction, sex work and narcissistic abuse.

Our lives are lived moment to moment. Sometimes “Time” seems to fly by like a dragonfly, other times it seems to crawl like a snail.
